Every Bidet Warehouse product undergoes a thorough quality test procedure and defects are rare. If a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Bidet Warehouse will replace the defective parts, free of charge. All Bidet Warehouse products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The default warranty period varies based on model, as described below:
