Delivery Speed Options:
We offer two delivery speed options:
Basic Delivery included with all smart bidets via Parcel Post: Our regular parcel shipping service covers all capital cities and most regional town addresses within Australia and generally takes 5+ business days. NB All of WA except Perth and Perth suburbs are classed as outside of our basic standard delivery area. Travel and non-electric bidets incur a delivery cost which will be advised once your order is placed.
Express Post: For faster delivery, choose our Express Post service, which typically delivers in 2-5 business days depending on location. All Express Post is charged at cost. Delivery cost which will be advised once your order is placed.
Delivery Costs:
Your postage cost is calculated based on the weight or size of your parcel, the packaging, and the destination. There is no mark-up on packaging or freight charged by Bidet Warehouse.
During checkout, you’ll see the applicable delivery charges.
Delivery Areas:
Our standard delivery services cover most areas within Australia.
However, please note that some regional centres, remote or hard-to-reach locations may not be included in our standard delivery network. If you reside in an area classified as remote, please contact us before placing your order.
Travel and non-electric bidets incur a delivery cost which will be advised once your order is placed.
Exclusions:
Regional or Remote Areas: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee standard delivery to some regional or remote regions. NB All of WA except Perth and Perth suburbs are classed as outside of our basic standard delivery area. If you reside in an area classified as remote, please contact us before placing your order.
Islands and Outlying Territories: Deliveries to certain islands and outlying territories may also be subject to additional charges or longer delivery times. If you reside in an island or outlying territory please contact us before placing your order.

Ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours.
If you’re not home, consider providing an alternative delivery address (e.g., your workplace) or safe place to leave your Bidet.
