Our products have been chosen for their ease of install and reliability, however when your bidet arrives there may be some questions that you’d like to talk through. We’re here to help. We are confident that you will love the experience of having a Bidet Warehouse bidet.

That is why we offer a 30-Day Change of Mind Guarantee from the day you purchased the product, on all our bidets. Some of these products can’t be returned once opened and/or used due to health and safety reasons. Once used these products cannot be returned for exchange unless faulty. Therefore, change of mind exchanges are only available when the product is in original packaging and Bidet Warehouse has provided a Change of Mind Return Number. See the following paragraph for details.

Once you’ve discussed the change of mind with an authorised Bidet Warehouse person and a return has been agreed they will provide a Change of Mind (COM) Return Reference number which needs to be referenced with the product in the return packaging. The Products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new and unused condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.

The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return your product. Phone us to discuss return options. Change of mind returns costs are at your own cost. You will need to follow the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.Once we receive the item and it is evaluated to meet change of mind return criteria then:
The item is credited to a store credit or refund as discussed in the COM Return phone call. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged if the item is returned, with the additional 75% given in store credit or refunded.

If the product is returned outside of the COM Return agreement and is not fit for resale then unfortunately, we cannot accept the product for exchange or refund. In this instance if you want the item shipped back to you, all shipping costs are your responsibility.
